The New Vienna Church of Christ at the intersection of South and West Streets has been designated as a tornado shelter for area residents who do not have an adequate (safe spot) at their location.&#160; This shelter will be activated when a severe thunder storm warning and or tornado warning is issued for Clinton County.&#160; No pets can be accepted at this shelter.
